Development of a 5 acre plot opposite the Amul Chocolate Factory in Anand. The plot is located on the National Highway connecting Mumbai and Delhi. The plot is located in an area in Anand called Mogar which has a total population of around 40,000 (including nearby villages) + accessible by the highway traffic + accessible by the population of Anand

Majority of the traffic to this plot will be contributed by 3 target audiences:

• Population of Anand district (approx 2.1 million)
• Highway traffic
• Population of Mogar (approx 40,000 including nearby villages)

On this plot, the Company has set aside approx 40% and can construct on the balance 60% (1,20,000 sq ft). Moreover, construction can only start after leaving a gap of 75 mtrs from the center of the highway (The highway is roughly 50 ft wide each side)
