The company uses its own balance sheet to fund the acquisitions. The investment strategies are as follows:

– Acquisition of operating assets such as operating hotels, residential buildings, etc and subsequent refurbishment and other value add services on the asset, including onboarding of a global operator

– Acquisition of greenfield land and subsequent project development including design development, entitlements, construction management, pre opening and exit 

The company is actively looking at new property deals in the hospitality, residential, commercial and industrial space
